Poster stands:
We will need 12 poster stands set up 2PM Thursday in courtyard.

2. Breakfast 8:30-9:00 AM FRIDAY
will be set-up in A204 between 7AM and 8AM
provide 2 (6 foot) tables and two trash cans
put all tables together for lunch style seating

3. Lunch
there will be two set-ups (rooms available all day)
A204 (so the tables from breakfast can stay)
A102, provide 2 (6 foot) tables and two trash cans
put tables together for lunch seating
lunch will be set-up between 10 and 11 AM
lunch is from 11:45-1:00 PM

4. Reception - A204 or Courtyard
2 tables for the food, and 1 for the bar
the reception will be set up between 1 and 2PM
reception is from 2:20-4:00 PM (15 750ml bottles purchased)
