Effective immediately, all applicants using an I-9 form for employment (also grads, PhDs) must present their original Social Security card. We are not able to accept photocopies or scans, only the original Social Security card will work. Those students without their card will have 2 options:
1. Get their original card from parents or guardian, or 2. Turn in a request for an original social security card at the local Social Security Admin Office.
We will not be able to process appointments until we have the Social Security card.
Also, if there are restrictions on the Social Security card (text on the front other than name or SSN) further documentation will be needed.
