Important note of Slide files. You will note that only a portion of the slides are provided in this file. I primarily place pictures and graphs which may be difficult to copy, and long notes that you may not have had time to copy down. It should NOT be assumed that I placed everything I feel is important for the exam in these files. To properly prepare for the exam, use the study guide. |

PDF format files may be downloaded, viewed and printed using Acrobat Reader (most browsers already have this installed, but you can download Reader for free by following the above link. |
. Slide show files can be viewed using your browser. This gives a little better image on some slides but is less convenient to download and print. |
