Important note of Slide files.

You will note that only a portion of the slides are provided in this file. I primarily place pictures and graphs which may be difficult to copy, and long notes that you may not have had time to copy down. It should NOT be assumed that I placed everything I feel is important for the exam in these files. To properly prepare for the exam, use the study guide.

PDF format files may be downloaded, viewed and printed using Acrobat Reader (most browsers already have this installed, but you can download Reader for free by following the above link.
